Windy Knoll sold for $1.44M; jobs saved
SPRINGFIELD— An ailing golf course has been purchased by a local corporation tasked to bring the facility to its former glory.Nostalgic Golf LLC purchased two parcels of land that make up the Windy Knoll Golf Club, at 500 Roscommon Dr., for $1.44 million last week. That includes the 18-hole golf course, the Stables Bar and Restaurant and a banquet facility.
