Guam Harley Davidson donated two new scooters to the Guam Police Department's Community Assisted Policing Effort, or CAPE Program, Friday. The 2010 Auto Moto 150cc scooters will be used by CAPE volunteers to enforce parking and littering violations, according to a press release.
